  • You get personalized care that adjusts as your skin does.

Tools to try out: L’Oréal’s Perso 2.0 or Neutrogena’s Skin360+ app.

Long-Wear Foundations That Last Longer

UAE heat? That will no longer be a problem. These new foundations are built for it. They stay matte, don’t melt off, and somehow still look like skin—not cake.

Recommendations:

  • Huda Beauty FauxFilter Luminous Matte
  • Estée Lauder Futurist Hydra Rescue
  • Makeup That Acts (And Feels) Like Skincare

Makeup that clogs and dries were for 2024! 2025 makeup is pulling double duty! You can use them to both hydrate your lips, strengthen your lashes, and even soothe breakouts.

Recommendations:

  • Fenty Skin Tint
  • Rare Beauty Soft Pinch Blush

Sunscreen Sticks That Work With Your Makeup

Sunscreen

Let’s be real—no one likes greasy sunscreens. This year, it’s all about sunscreen sticks. They blend with your skin perfectly, feel like nothing, and won’t ruin your glam.

Why you need one:

You can actually reapply, even over makeup. And that’s a skincare win.

Recommendations:

  • Shiseido Clear Stick SPF 50+
  • Supergoop! Glow Stick SPF 50

Skincare That Respects Your Skin Barrier

Face Vinegar

Between AC, sun, and sand, our skin gets tired, especially in the UAE. That’s why microbiome-friendly skincare is trending. These products feed your good bacteria and keep your barrier strong.

They are just like probiotics, but for your face.

  • Gallinée Face Vinegar
  • Biossance Probiotic Gel Moisturizer

Hair Oils Your Hair Would Love – Minus the Grease

Why you’d love them:

You get all the shine, with zero heavy buildup.

Recommendations:

  • Ojar Hair & Body Oils
  • The Ordinary Multi-Peptide Hair Serum (now with date extract)

Bella Hadid stuns in vintage Prada as she attends the Orebella x Ulta Beauty pop-up event in Dubai, November 2025.

The Palestinian-Dutch supermodel and founder of Orebella has made frequent visits to the UAE as she returned to the Middle East to attend the Orebella and Ulta Beauty Pop-up.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony was held on the 9th of November 2025 at the Central Gallery Mall of the Emirates.

As the brand ambassador of Ulta Beauty, Bella Hadid attended the event where she had conversations with fans and talked about how fragrance represents personality and her hope to share that with the UAE, which she considers her home “spiritually, even though not geographically” as she put it.

“When I think of the Middle East, I think about fragrance, it goes back to my teta [‘grandmother’ in Arabic], and my aunts and uncles having these fragrances they would mix for themselves, or would wear for 45 years, that were such a part of their personalities; I hope ‘Ôrebella can be one version of their personalities, as well.”

Although the launch was significant, Bella Hadid’s presence drew the most attention  with fans taking to social media to congratulate her.

Huda Beauty Cuts Ties with Huda Mustafa Following Controversial Live

Following a recent controversy involving racist remarks, popular beauty brand Huda Beauty announced the end of its collaboration with “Love Island USA” Season 7 contestant Huda Mustafa.

The cosmetics company stated in an Instagram post on October 31 that the influencer’s behavior “does not align with our values.”

Huda Kattan expressed her disappointment, stating, “We are truly disappointed by Huda Mustafa’s recent live and we take all forms of racism very seriously, We know that many members of our community and team were hurt and offended by these actions.”

Heidi confirmed that they had decided to end the partnership, emphasizing the importance of accountability.

Details of the Controversial Livestream

Huda Mustafa received a call from a viewer who used the racial slur while discussing her Love Island co-star Olandria Carthan during a recent livestream with her boyfriend Louis Russell from Netflix “Too Hot To Handle”. After a brief moment of laughter, Huda and Louis abruptly hung up. Her failure to confront the racist comment about her co-star went viral and the short clip quickly spread across social media.

However the influencer later took to X (formerly Twitter) and issued a public apology after reflecting on her behavior. She noted her intent to take full accountability, writing.

“Olandria – it is now clear that this comment was targeted at you, and I apologize for my immediate reaction. My reaction in that moment came from being caught off guard, not from finding the word or situation funny. It was a nervous, uncomfortable reaction that I recognize was inappropriate.”

She ended with a promise to donate to the NAACP, urging others to follow suit.

The incident has sparked a broader discussion about the responsibilities of public figures and influencers when it comes to addressing abusive language. Social media users and advocacy groups have stressed the need for accountability and cultural awareness, saying that even small actions can have a big effect on communities. The incident reminds us of how much important it influence public figures hold and the need to act responsibly online.
