According to reports, music producer Abraham Diaw accused Chris of attacking him with a tequila bottle—multiple times—followed by punches and kicks. The alleged assault left the producer injured and was reported to the UK authorities.

After his arrest on May 15, 2025, Brown appeared before the Manchester Magistrates’ Court where he was denied bail—shocking many, especially since the incident seemed to have faded from public conversation. He’s now expected to appear again in June at the Southwark Crown Court in London. As you’d expect, the internet exploded with mixed reactions. Some fans immediately rushed to his defense, saying he’s being unfairly targeted or that people are trying to “bring him down.” Others weren’t so forgiving. Many are calling this yet another red flag in a long pattern of problematic behavior.

To give context, Brown has previously been involved in multiple controversies—most notably in 2009 when he was charged with felony assault on his then-girlfriend, Rihanna.
