A high-fashion editorial-style shot of Anne Hathaway on set in one of her show-stopping outfits

It’s happening! The follow-up to the legendary Devil Wears Prada is in progress, scheduled to be released on May 1st 2026 and from the way things look behind-the-scenes Anne Hathaway’s fashion choices are on a whole new level.

If the original film set the bar high with its unforgettable outfits, the sequel is definitely going to be taking things to a whole new level.

In the sequel, Anne Hathaway returns as Andy Sachs, and this time around, her wardrobe from behind-the-scenes feels every bit as jaw-dropping, maybe even more, than what we saw the first time and we just can’t wait for its release!

A Fashion Evolution: From Andy Sachs to Fashion Pro

In the original Devil Wears Prada, Andy Sachs, played by Anne Hathaway is a girl who is apparently new in the fashion world. She tries her best to keep pace in an industry ruled by the sharp and unshakable Miranda Priestly, brilliantly played by Meryl Streep.

But in the sequel, especially from behind-the-scenes photos all over the internet, something seems to have changed. Her outfits feel confident and collected, they are stylish and bold. It seems that she’s no longer figuring things out, like she’s found clarity.

Show-Stopping Looks on Set

The behind-the-scenes photos have completely wowed fans. Anna Hathaway who played the role of Andy Sachs is serving looks that aren’t just elegant but have a modern touch to them and the fashion world can’t love it less! From designs by the iconic Phoebe Philo to Jean Paul Gaultier’s absolutely timeless pinstripes, every outfit Andy wears is intentional and reflects the woman she has become in the sequel: one who has come to deeply understand fashion.

One absolutely stunning outfit she wore combined a white top that was crisp to perfection by the wonderful Phoebe Philo which was parted with tapered, slim pants by Nili Lotan. The flowing train on the shirt added a touch of old-school vibe to it and the pants kept it modern and chic.

Another eye-catching ensemble includes a Dior blouse layered under a Wiederhoeft corset, teamed with Gaultier’s signature pinstriped trousers, a clear sign that Andy’s fashion sense has matured into something bold and sophisticated.

And then there’s the navy pinstripe suit which was matched with Golden Goose boots and a structured Coach briefcase. It’s a powerful look that says loud and clear: Andy’s not fetching coffee anymore, she’s now running the show.

Whether she’s playing as Andy or being Anne, Anne Hathaway has a high fashion sense and always looks polished. She constantly appears effortlessly polished and graceful.

How Does This Impact Fashion?

The Devil Wears Prada had a huge impact on the fashion world when it was released, and the sequel is set to raise the bar. The original show pushes the boundaries of what high-end style looks like today and the sequel will definitely do more.

Devil Wears Prada 2 set to be hotter

In Devil Wears Prada 2, we expect that Andy Sachs has grown a lot from her early days at Runway Magazine, and from what we’ve been seeing, that growth will be crystal clear in the sequel. Anne Hathaway brings Andy’s character to life so effortlessly and we can’t wait to see her do it again.

After the original movie was released in 2003, it’s been a long wait of over a decade. We can’t wait for all the spice and fashion pieces the sequel will bring!

Her appearance followed another sighting earlier in the week at the Bach Mai show on September 14, where she wore a mini dress with a wide black Gucci belt, and paired with chunky black-and-white Chanel sneakers.

The outing comes as Williams continues to manage her court-appointed financial guardianship, which has kept her largely out of the public eye since 2022. Still, her New York Fashion Week appearance drew excitement from fans and industry insiders alike, confirming that her presence continues to create a stir.

The Finest of Armani on Celebrities

Published

on

Giorgio Armani, who died at 91, leaves behind five decades of influence, with designs that combined simplicity and sophistication to shape both runways and Hollywood

While he is well known for revolutionizing suits by breaking away from the stiff padded form which it was originally known for in the 1970s and 80s he introduced minimalism, softness, and elegance into contemporary designs.

Throughout his years of career, you can see his deep understanding of the fashion world in how he embraced Hollywood and shaped how stars dressed, from Selena Gomez, Beyoncé, and the like.   His designs have continued to fascinate on every red carpet.  Sleek satin gowns on Anne Hathaway and Demi Moore demonstrate his craftsmanship and enduring appeal.

Additionally, Armani set trends with Cate Blanchett’s sheer, crystal-embellished gown at the 2014 Oscars ushering in a wave of nude-inspired transparency,  and Rihanna’s bold 2017 Grammys look blending a bralette and flowing skirt, which influenced the lingerie-as-outerwear movement.

So many Oscars have been won wearing Armani and his influence will forever remain woven into the foundation of fashion.

Beyond gowns and suits, his quiet remodeling was technical and aesthetic. By unpicking structure, stripping heavy canvases, softening shoulders, and favouring drape over armour, Armani changed how clothing moves on the body and how celebrities present themselves. That deconstructed tailoring freed men from rigid silhouettes and gave actresses a new type of look: confidence without excess.

On the red carpet, his house offered both understatement and spectacle, from Julia Roberts’ menswear moment to Cate Blanchett’s Swarovski-studded Oscars gown and Rihanna’s 2017 two-piece that rewrote evening wear rules. Each headline look was a symbol of his taste: liquid satin, clean lines, and the choreography of fabric. When the news of his death broke, designers, actors, and critics all paid tribute to the fashion legend. Fashion shows and festivals also planned special events to honor how important his vision was to the world of style.

Armani leaves behind not just clothes, but a lasting style of richness with ease. His name will always stand for simple and stylish celebrity fashion.

Let’s take a look at some remarkable red carpet moments wearing Giorgio Armani.

Why Cowboy Boots Still Matter

Their ability to adapt is what gives them longevity. Although the basic shape of the cowboy boot doesn’t change, designers continue to reinvent it. The boot adapts to any cultural moment, whether it is made of buttery calfskin, neon patent leather, or crystal embellishments.

Every decade, cowboy boots are redefined whether it’s through festival fashion, Hollywood glitz, or, more recently, luxury couture. Their relevance is maintained by a combination of history, attitude, and reinvention.
